Data Deletion Instructions

You can ask Vaibhav Celebrations to delete the personal data we hold about you at any time. This includes data from your account on www.vaibhavcelebrations.in, your orders and bookings, and messages or contact details we received through WhatsApp and other Meta services (Facebook, Instagram). This page explains how to send that request by email.

1. Data we can delete

• Your name, email address, mobile/WhatsApp number and saved addresses
• Your website account and login details
• Celebration details you shared with us, including child names, ages and personalisation text
• WhatsApp chat history, message logs and your WhatsApp opt-in/opt-out status
• Enquiries, consultation requests and other messages you sent us
• Marketing preferences and newsletter subscriptions

2. Request deletion online

The quickest way: fill in this form and we will take it from there. You can also use the email steps below.

1. Write an email to support@vaibhavcelebrations.in.
2. Send it from the email address registered with us, if you have one. This helps us confirm the request is yours.
3. Use the subject line: Data Deletion Request - [Your Full Name]
4. Include the details listed in section 3 below.
5. Send the email. We will reply to confirm we received it.

3. Details to include in your email

• Full name, as used on your account, order or WhatsApp chat
• Registered email address, if you have an account on our website
• Mobile / WhatsApp number with country code (for example +91 98765 43210). We need this to find your WhatsApp messages.
• Order or booking IDs, if you have any (optional, but it speeds things up)
• What to delete: your entire account and all personal data, or only specific data (for example, only your WhatsApp chat history)
• How you interacted with us: website account, orders, WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook
• Confirmation that you own the data, or that you are the parent or legal guardian of the child it relates to

5. What happens after you send the request

1. We reply to confirm we received your request.
2. We may ask you to verify your identity, for example by replying from your registered email or confirming details linked to your WhatsApp number. We do this so nobody else can delete your data.
3. We delete or anonymise your personal data from our website, order systems and WhatsApp records within 30 days of receiving a verified request.
4. We email you once the deletion is complete.

6. Data we may have to keep

Some records cannot be deleted straight away because the law requires us to keep them. This includes tax invoices, GST and accounting records, and records needed to resolve disputes, prevent fraud or defend legal claims. We keep only what is required, only for as long as required, and we do not use it for marketing. See section 11 of our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Stop WhatsApp messages without deleting your data

If you only want to stop receiving marketing messages on WhatsApp, reply STOP to any of our WhatsApp messages, or email us at support@vaibhavcelebrations.in. You can also block our number in WhatsApp at any time.
